Milena Leticia Roucka (born October 25, 1979) is a Canadian professional wrestler and former model of Czech and Costa Rican descent. She is signed to the WWE, and works as Rosa Mendes on the SmackDown brand. Her last name is pronounced ‘ROE-tskah’. Roucka studied Business at the University of British Columbia, but dropped out to pursue a career in modeling. In 2004, she won the “Piel Dorada”, one of the biggest Latin American based modeling contests, becoming the first North American to win. The following year, she won Hawaiian Tropic’s Ms. Indy 500 contest, and acted as a judge at the Hawaiian Tropic Ms. Super Bowl. She also acted in Costa Rican commercials for Trident, Lux soap, and Chrysler throughout 2004. She also portrayed Isabel Díaz in Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
Roucka participated in the 2006 WWE Diva Search. Despite finishing fourth, the WWE signed her to a developmental contract, along with Maryse Ouellet, and sent her to train at Ohio Valley Wrestling, using the ring name ‘Roucka’. On September 19, 2007, Roucka won the OVW Women’s Championship, which she held for five months. The following month, Roucka transferred to Florida Championship Wrestling. In November 2008, Roucka began appearing on Raw.
Roucka was a self-described tomboy growing up, and was once suspended from school for fighting. She is trained in kickboxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Roucka cites Trish Stratus as her inspiration for wanting to be a wrestler. In March of 2011, Rosa was named to Smart Mark Radio’s Top 25 Sexiest Female Wrestlers of All Time list, being ranked #23. -Wikipedia

Why we think she’s hot:
Eva Herzigova, Daniela Pestova, and now Rosa Mendes, the WWE Divka (yes, divka is Czech for ‘girl’). We’re not sure if there’s something in the Vltava river, but the Czechs sure do know how to produce some pretty hot women. Combine all that Central European sexiness, with a little Costo Rican spice, and Milena Roucka (pronounced ‘ROE-tskah’, AKA the gal we’re talking about right now), is one mui caliente žena. Not that we’re fans or anything, of the way that World Wrestling Entertainment throws some tight spandex on a model, puts her in the squared circle, and suddenly refers to her as a wrestler… (It’s nicknamed Worst Wrestling Ever for a reason, eh?) but we’re not complaining that Rosa is on our TV screen each week either.
